The demand for the competence of graduates of Applied Bachelor study programs to be able to contribute as part of a smart information society in using cyber-physical systems is not easy. Universities are required to design and implement an innovative and adaptive learning process so that students can achieve the demands of these learning outcomes when they graduate. The Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy is present to bridge the demands for Graduate Learning Outcomes due to technological disruption and the ability of universities to fulfill them, by presenting, accommodating, and recognizing all off-campus student learning platforms that are connected offline or online.

Universities must be able to accommodate and acknowledge diverse learning methodologies and capable pedagogies in an effort to maximize the potential and performance of student learners through multi-dimensional and multi-level interactions around the world. Based on this background, the East Java Regional IAI for Educator Accountants held a workshop with the theme Implementation of Inter-College Curriculum to support Vocational Learning with the aim of providing insights to academics and non-academics on how the learning process in Vocational Universities (PTV) from Diploma One to Applied Doctorates so that it can accommodate and recognize students’ efforts to learn anywhere with diverse learning sources and ways of learning, and prepare themselves as relevant and quality graduates.
